Furry friends (price per stay): Olivo € 30 – Oleandro/Gelso € 15 – Glicine/Limone € 10
PRICES INCLUDE
– consumption of water, electricity and gas
– bed linen and towels
– change of towels every week (extra by payment)
– change of bed linen every 2 weeks (extra by payment)
– parking
– access to swimming pool (seasonal opening) with private umbrella and sun beds
– barbecue (with free wood) and gazebo furnished with tables and chairs
– free use of out-side facilities (children’s playground, soccer field and volleyball court, table tennis,
hammocks, garden furniture)
– free wi-fi in the outdoor area
– camping cot and high chair (on request – max 2 available)
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
– air conditioning/heating pomp: by consumption € 0,50 kw/h or € 3 day every split unit
– heating (Olivo € 20/day – Gelso and Oleandro € 15/day – Glicine and Limone € 10/day)
– additional bed € 12 per night
– towels change additional to the weekly service € 5 per person
– pool towel € 3 per person
– shared whashing machine € 4 per token (160 min)

– hire bicycle with delivery at the farm

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
30% deposit at booking time by bank transfer, balance upon arrival (cash or credit card)
CANCELLATION POLICY
The deposit will be returned only if the accommodation will be re-leased at standard rate. For cancellations less than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained anyway.
